This page explains how to get support for File Field, including licensing, trial options, and how to reach the Terano Apps team.


Licensing

File Field is a Jira Cloud app distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace under the Terano Apps vendor.

  • Billed by Atlassian — billing is handled entirely by Atlassian and attached to your Jira Cloud site; there's no separate account or invoice from Terano Apps.
  • Per-site subscription — pricing follows your Jira Cloud user tier.

To see pricing for your tier, open the File Field listing on the Atlassian Marketplace and check the Pricing tab.


Support & contact

Product support for File Field is provided directly by Terano Apps.

Contact us via our Service Desk

Use the Service Desk for:

  • Adding the field to projects and screens, and configuring upload rules
  • Unexpected behavior or error messages when attaching, downloading, or deleting files
  • Questions about permissions, the required setting, or the JSM portal
  • Licensing or billing questions
  • Feature requests and product feedback

What to include in a ticket

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Your Jira Cloud site URL (e.g. yourcompany.atlassian.net)
  • The project and issue type where you're seeing the problem
  • What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
  • Screenshots of any error message or the field's state, if relevant
