Usage
The Usage page shows how much the app holds on your site and where. Open it from Jira settings → Apps → Secure File Exchange → Usage. Only Jira administrators can see it.
Site totals
- Storage used: the space the app's files take. Compare it with your Storage limit if you set one (see Policies).
- Active links: links that work right now. Expired, revoked and locked links are not counted.
- Files stored: the files the app holds, received and shared.
By project
The By project table lists every project with links or files, with its Active links, Files stored and Storage. Click a column heading to sort by it; the table starts with the projects that take the most space. A work item moved to another project counts toward its new project.

The Usage page and the Audit Log show projects, work items and file names from the whole site, including projects you cannot open in Jira yourself.
